Our comprehensive GP training programme will ensure you become an accomplished, effective and confident GP.
Our GP training programmes are available at both Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells hospital sites. These three year programmes contain a mix of hospital, community and GP practice placements, to ensure a wide and varied range of experience for every Trainee. Hospital placements are cross-site and GP practice placements will be local to the area.
We have separate teaching programmes for all three year groups, comprising of monthly teaching for our ST1s and weekly teaching for our ST2s and ST3s.
A vital component of all of our GP training programmes is our teaching, which not only imparts new knowledge from experienced practitioners, but is also a great opportunity for Trainees to share their experiences and practice for qualifying exams such as the CSA.
