On Monday 21 March we welcomed the final block of Year 4 Medical Students from King’s College London. As part of their Induction week the students attend a Clinical Skills Day organised and delivered by our Medical Education Fellows, Tom, Russell & Allen.
Students are provided with a scenario which allows them to contextualise the skills that they are being shown and gain a deeper understanding of why some of the procedures are carried out. Female and Male Catheterisation, Airway Trainers, Suturing and Cannulation are among the skills that they practice.
